The lodge is set up as a conference and family center, so there are multiple fireplaces and lounges located throughout the building. There are also small tables sporting puzzles sprinkled throughout the hallways and lounges.

After tobogganing we went cross country skiing in the park. Pokagon rents the skis, boots, and poles, though the service was slow. I had never been cross country skiing and I discovered that I loved it! Aside from tobogganing and skiing, Pokagon has a plethora of trails for biking, hiking, and horseback riding. The lodge itself is situated on a lake, and there are many beaches and playgrounds that visitors can use during the warmer months.
